As a parent, you spend 11 months of the year teaching your children not to talk to strangers. The other month, you whole heartedly encourage it. So much so, that you wait in line for an hour in cold to set your child on an essentially masked mans lap and demand that you share with him all of your desires. This is the exact opposite of what you reinforce on a daily basis:
- don't talk to strangers
- never let them touch you
- never tell them anything that could be used to lure you into a car (or sleigh)
