Halloween Happenings

I still can't figure out what soccer, golf, and a big blue ox named
"babe" have to do with Halloween, but I can tell you that Ava and I
had a fantastic time at Halloween Happenings on the Riverwalk.
Afterwards, we went to the park so the little bee could fly through
the air (on the swings).

Check out the height on the Underdog...now that's what I call parenting.

Halloween Take 3: Always Bee Prepared

We had a dry run for Halloween Trick-or-Treating, visiting stores
downtown.

Halloween Take 2

Ava as a lion for our Co-Op Halloween party. Her new best friend in
a giraffe...and an apple on a stick.

Halloween Take 1

In an effort to get all the mileage possible out of all of Ava's
Halloween costumes, I am happy to announce a 3 part series called
"Ava Couldn't Decide What Costume To Wear". This new segment will
feature costumes, both new and old, which hope to capture the
difficulty encountered on a nightly basis to get Ava to go to bed.

F@$# You, Chuck E. Cheese

Ava had a class party at Chuck E. Cheese. While Chuck E. actually scared the hell out of her, we had a great time playing the games. You can tell from my face, that I was a little more into it some of the games than Ava was. Together, we set a new high score playing skee-ball, but the manager told us our score didn't count because we weren't playing "properly". Even Ava's tears couldn't convince him to let us keep our giant novelty comb. We pleaded our case to Chuck E., but he refused to talk. After that, I introduced Ava to the age old fun of tripping a teenager in a large mouse costume. And that's why we can never go back.
